The CEO is very involved in all aspects of the company and collaborates closely with the senior team to ensure they are strategically innovating competitive offerings. The company culture is a priority and is very strong. Ooma has a best-in-class VP of HR who is dedicated to ensuring that everyone at the company can share their opinions on the company and that any issues are effectively addressed. All the teams work effectively together.

Cons

Like any technology job, there are times when there is a lot of pressure around GTM deadlines.

A toxic work culture, zero work life balance and utter lack of respect for employees as professionals. Unethical HR policies will force newbees to write on surveys which a new employee does not know.
