Does not micromanage Free lunch on Wednesday

Cons

Having the team go back to office when there is no culture with the customer service team. It’s ALL business. Only a few managers care to listen to employees concerns, while others disregard them. Many managers forwarding “manager escalations” to employees and asking employees to call as a manager or to call like they’re from the corporate office when they are only in tier1/2 customer service.

Pros

Thus far, Ooma has provided such a great experience. The teams and employees that I've been working with have been kind and welcoming, and the direction that Ooma is headed makes me excited to be here! The ability to work remotely was attractive to me as well, and has provided me with the flexibility I need. I'm also looking forward to the flexible PTO policy.
