Business Outlook
Pros
There is a good set of core people there and there is a fair amount of enthusiasm within the company, They have a solid product and it has won numerous awards. They are a late start up so they do not have crazy work hours.
Cons
They have potential, but they are in a crowded space. They tend to have a lot of contractors. They do not hire a lot of people...this is both a positive and negative. Good for the company as they try to keep cost low, but pehaps not great if you are looking for a full time job.
