Have been working at Ooma going on 2 years. Happy to say it has been a great experience. You are looking at a person who has pushed through the struggle and pain to make it as a sales rep in this company. At times, the job gets tough and you create self doubt. But Ooma has a strong management team that understands the struggles of the job. Management has been the backbone of my success here. As long as you are vulnerable to feedback and constructive criticism, you will undoubtedly succeed in any role! Thanks to the management team, they are always running through walls to keep the culture strong and positive as well as keep us actively improving on our roles!
