Customer Service Team - do better

Does not micromanage Free lunch on Wednesday

Cons

Having the team go back to office when there is no culture with the customer service team. It’s ALL business. Only a few managers care to listen to employees concerns, while others disregard them. Many managers forwarding “manager escalations” to employees and asking employees to call as a manager or to call like they’re from the corporate office when they are only in tier1/2 customer service.

Pros

The Pros were when I first started managers and VP were great. Ceo is amazing, treated employees better back in 2016.

Cons

Management needs to be restructured. Hires young unprofessional kids, Otbound sales Manager talks too much politics about Trump. Big No.
