      Pros

      Wonderful team environment. Great communication from the CEO on down. Eric is well respected for speaking to the troops at least once a quarter and often times more. Refreshing to work for an organization that clearly lays out what it takes to be successful and then recognizes those employees that are successful.

      Cons

      It gets cold in the office sometimes, but it's great on super hot California days. That's all I have for the cons.

      OOMA Chief Executive Officer Review

      Pros

      Thus far my experience as a Field Account Executive for OOMA Office has been unparalleled. I will use this review to provide insider information on the Chief Executive officer of OOMA. The CEO of OOMA is Eric Stang. He has an MBA from eminent Harvard Business School. He diligently emails all employees Investor analysis and company financials every quarter. Not only do the emails keep all employees informed on the status of key stakeholders it also enhances company morale. Another great attribute that Eric possesses is he responds to employee emails. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply from Eric. In the past I've emailed the CEO of my former employers and they never responded. Eric does a fantastic job at making all employees feel like equals. I go to sleep at night and I dream of OOMA Office. I wake up in the morning and I can't wait to go to the gym and then visit my Silicon Valley OOMA Office Client Base. I'm empowered to make a difference at OOMA. There are several other Pros to being an OOMA employee, but I wanted to utilize the three C's of writing and keep this Clear, Concise, and Coherent.

      Cons

      I prefer to have the Monday Morning Meetings in the Silicon Valley HQ. The only challenge is half of my colleagues are East Bay Field Account Executives so we meet in the East Bay Office.

      Innovative company with great products. Always improving. If you don't like something, speak up and you'll be heard.

      Cons

      There is a lot going on at any time. You have to stay very focused....which is not really a con.
