      Pros

      Not much besides the industry that they work in, which they exploit to underpay people that want to work in the industry.

      Cons

      I worked for the company for 1+ years and I would not recommend this company to anyone who is early career. Blatant disregard to safety or employee well-being, no HR department and no followups for HR issues, nepotism in the managerial positions, poor communication, there isn't much that isn't bad about this company.

      Pros

      Well connected, good communication and good time management within the whole company. R&D is inherently stressful, so everyone having a positive personality makes the work easier and more successful. Great new idea development and great task delegation. Each person has one main job and a little overlap with every other job, making it easy to be efficient and know how your work affects everyone else, without getting overwhelmed with other work.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, there is a lot of pressure to perform at all times. There is no avoiding displaying a test that went badly. However, this also means you can resolve it quickly, as long as your peers remain positive and moving forward.
