I had a unique experience here as every retail job before has been with toxic managers and stressed coworkers. My manager, Ina, was truly amazing! They were highly positive, personable, made every effort to compliment me and my coworkers on their efforts and personality. Ina was attentive and had such an infectious drive to keep us working together. I am truly glad for their promotion, Ina deserved it. The store I worked for was new, always clean and on-trend, and was a positive environment. I do miss working there sometimes.

Cons

As with most retail, the hours being so variable and limited opportunity for promotion makes it typical for the industry. Customer service can be draining and it's a job that requires you to be on your feet and able to change your plans at a moment's notice when someone calls in sick. Short-staffed.
