Trendy, useful, and rotating product selection keeps customers engaged. Low shelves and no overstock on the floor makes the building feel more open and cheerful. Pay is sufficient for the job and the job description is fair.

Cons

The timing of seasonal product arrival is sometimes a little off. More payroll would be an improvement. Stores often get overloaded with excess merchandise just to clear out the warehouse.
