Pros
Lots of good people to work with. Company culture is definitely above average and management do try their best to include everyone. I have worked with some big companies before and will opted for the culture here than anywhere else. Industry average or a bit above average health care, 401K and compensation in general.
Cons
In some group promotion can be hard to come with and that can be a disappointment. Other groups that may not be an issue.
