      Pros

      Very strong design organization and leadership in Design group (Low turnover)

      Cons

      Biggest Con is HR - They actively work to limit upward advancement. HR works against the employees rather than finding ways to incentivize the employees to stay. Overall there is a big denial of the high turnover rate in most teams.

      Pros

      Hardworking employees in all departments. Fun culture when it's not hindered by micromanagement and too many consecutive long work days.

      Cons

      Very long work hours in regular basis. No work/life balance for many of employees. High-stress environment. Not enough time to do a good job, resolve issues, and fix processes. Very high expectations when the processes are broken. Not enough focus on real issues. No real support from upper management. Seems too political for a small company. No training or development plan for employees so R&R are confusing. Low retention rate.

      Pros

      Young company w/ a very innovative engineering group. Great stepping stone for enginners to understand full product cycles in hardware.

      Cons

      At the time, the company had too much management shuffling. Roles and responsibilities were muddled. No clear career path for majority of the positions. Raises and annual reviews were rarely given at the time.
