Pros
Intelligent, fun, down to earth employees, competitive compensation, matching 401k contributions, high exposure to upper management, donuts/bagels every Friday, free coffee.
Cons
Systems outdated and don't talk to one another, lack of IT resources, lots of micro-managing in this department and low morale, manager worked 60+ hour work weeks , expected same from her team and was constantly critical of her staff and other members of the organization. Upper management turned the cheek because of her work ethic and was a good "analyst" but unreasonable, robotic manager.
