      Pros

      In any job the most important in a work culture stems from the manager. Overall pSemi is a great place to work with amazing people and even the CEO is down to earth.

      Cons

      The managers manages how they believe things should be instead of having self-awareness that they treat each employee that reports to them differently.

      Pros

      - Amazing workforce - coworkers are friendly, committed, supportive, and collaborative. - Great culture - the influence of Japanese culture is also very unique and is reflected not only in the attention to detail and commitment to quality, but also in thoughtful communication and respect.

      Cons

      - It would be great to have more team building activities. Everyone gets along well, but a few more planned events could make the teams feel even more connected and build stronger relationships - further improving an already positive team culture.
