The culture is really good. Management is very supportive and really cares about solving issues among teams. In general I can think that is a norm that persons I work with are intelligent, kind and supportive. The work-life balance is well respected, management understands that we have families and life outside the office.

Internal teams we work with are competent and supportive. Less politics compared to other places I've worked. Colleagues are helpful, no spirit of competition in my experience of 4+ years. Like the flexibility management allows to work from home most of the week. Being an important supplier to Murata (parent company) gives stability even when the industry takes downturns.
