      Pros

      This company has some of the kindest people working here. We are all in the same boat working to do our best for the customers. The attention to quality and cross collaboration is excellent. If you're look for a great place to work with smart kind people, start applying.

      Cons

      It's a global company so if you're not comfortable with people working remotely from you then this may not be the best place. Budgets can be tight... but expectations are realistic.

      The people and company culture is one of the biggest strengths of the company. Clear vision, communication and support from leadership who genuinely care. Broad roles with autonomy and responsibility. People are empowered to be innovative.

      Cons

      Company is growing and transitioning which has had teething problems in the past but in a very good place right now.
