Even though this is only my first job ever, I could not have imagined I would enjoy working somewhere so much. The team is incredibly warm and compassionate. The senior management is as good as having a set of friends in other cities and they never make you feel intimated or will never boss you around. The team genuinely cares about having a healthy work atmosphere. Even though most of the team works remotely and I have barely met any teammates, it's always comfortable to speak to anyone and everyone. The recruitment decisions, apart from professional/technical metrics, clearly rely very heavily on cultural fits to enable a safe working space for the existing all-star team. The passion that each member comes with only multiplies here at rePurpose, because of the appreciation and motivation everyone else provides, all year round.
