The company is great at giving feedback, recognizing wins and supporting when facing challenges. Fast paced environment, if you are the type of person who is looking for this its great, but if you need a ton of structure and process it probably isn't for you.

Cons

Fast paced environment is not for people who don't thrive in ambiguity. If you are a self-starter its a great place to learn and grow and a great growth opportunity.

Cons

Peter Reynolds is unhinged. He would change his mind about the company every day. Force 1 hour long rambling company wide press conferences as if he were Biden.
