Pros
This company has BIG goals, and understands it take everyone together to get them accomplished. You truly come in feeling like you are a vital key to the success of the business and it is extremely refreshing. It comes with hard work, but its all very worth it when you are on a team aligned to the same goals.

None yet. I will advise though, this is a startup, which means it takes a bit of scrappiness and agility to be successful. Everything isn't figured out just yet.
