      Pros

      - Experienced employees are very helpful and supportive of new members. - Majority of company employees have a very positive attitude and are easy to work with. - Smaller company with a family-feel culture. - Company invests in its employees continued learning with mandatory yearly training hours to keep job specific skills sharp - Great work life balance. - Great benefits (401k+Match/Health Insurance/PTO/Stock Options) - Just moved into a very nice high-rise building in Schaumburg with great amenities (Free Parking garage with walkway to building, Cafeteria, Gym, convivence store)

      Cons

      - Standard operating procedures/ work instructions are not always available. - Finding archived project information can be time consuming due to non-standardized filing structures in some departments.

We’re also very proud of our two new facilities that we moved into earlier this year and are glad to know that the upgraded amenities are adding to your experience with us.       Cool little company that gives you what you need to create your experience

      Pros

      * Experienced staff- provides accommodating environment for individuals in mid to late stage of career looking to apply their skills in solving new problems. For talented individuals just starting out in their careers, working with this team can provide great opportunity to learn from seasoned staff. * Thinking outside the box - seems to be an openness to consider solutions and tools (within reason) outside of what is currently used to solve a problem. *Opportunities for self-improvement- through LinkedIn Learning, seminars addressing Physical and Financial Health * Location- just moved to new location near Woodfield Mall in a high-rise with several cool amenities. * Creative work arrangements - management has been considerate of personal schedule needs, allowing Covid concessions , potential for partial work from home schedule. *Work-Life Balance *Impressive Benefits - Health Insurance, Holiday/PTO, 401K+Match, Stock

      Cons

      * Sometimes working with small teams comes with a lack of structure or defined process. There is some of that at rf IDEAS but it seems that efforts are being made to correct this.
