Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Being supportive to one another and maintaining a positive culture are of upmost importance to us, so we’re pleased to hear your experience is reflective of that. We’ve also made conscious efforts to better our onboarding process, so we very much value the feedback there as well. We agree that there is so much work to be done on the topics of DEIB. To kickstart conversations and education surrounding these sensitive topics, a training roadmap has been developed beginning this month. We’re excited to see the evolution in this area and look forward to hearing your authentic voice as we move along in this curriculum.
