- Interesting difficult problems to solve - Smart and considerate people to work with to solve said problems - Great culture of transparency and constant feedback - Diversity!!!

Cons

- Planning is starting to become a challenge as the company grows - Company is pet friendly but the building we're currently in is not

- Company is building products slightly ahead of industry need, which creates less usage over near term - Start ups lack a lot of the infrastructure that large companies have, for example, HR

Pros

- The company's mission and goals fit a great niche in the industry, and Justin, the CEO, is an exceptionally caring person who is super dedicated. - My colleagues are nice people generally, and very helpful and extremely collaborative when we work together. - The work-life balance is great! It's totally ok if someone needs to spend time working from home or taking time off, for family or other reasons. - There is a huge commitment across everyone to improve our culture (as good as it is) and diversity (always room for improvement), and that, to me, marks a huge plus for this company.

Cons

- There are lots of great projects to be worked on, but only limited people to work on them, which makes it sometimes difficult to invest in longer-term projects without a clear current business need. - Sometimes in large meetings, my opinions and comments may be missed out or brushed aside, but there are other avenues to make my voice heard.
