Pros

Team: Smart, focused, humble, and supportive people–one of the best teams I've been a part of. Small, nimble, fast-moving, and extremely collaborative. Everyone works together to move the needle. Culture: Open culture of transparency and feedback. The company respects and values each person, invests in growth, truly embraces diversity, and holds fun team events. This is an exciting industry to be in with lots of interesting problems to solve. High-growth, high-potential company with a lot of room to shape your career.

Cons

Processes are still being defined. Not for everyone if you need solid structure and processes, but there's plenty of room for ownership and autonomy.

Pros

What an amazing team! A bunch of smart and kind people. The founders are incredibly open, transparent, and approachable. Everyone is serious about work-life balance (very unusual for a startup). The technology and general area is really interesting (not to mention hot right now!).

Cons

You have to be able to juggle a lot of different projects. I think this is typical of startups, though.
