      At times it’s a good job, at other times you want to just quit on the spot.

      Pros

      The pace is manageable, and the breaks are spread out nicely.

      Cons

      No real leadership, too much gossiping, fair treatment is not viewable at times. Can’t switch to another position without supervisor approval. If they don’t like you or want to keep you, then there’s no growth for you.

      Pros

      work life balance is great, pay is great, the 401k is above average, some positions allow you to work from home and some are allowed to work 4x10hr days instead of 5x8hr days, PTO is generous, They handled Covid pretty well, allowing most to work from home and it actually improved performance in some departments

      Cons

      processes are not alligned within company and the culture is pretty much every man for himself. Its not too bad but you wont get support from management, but you wont get the shaft either.
