      There are no Pro's to working here

      Low Pay, Toxic Culture, Management is checked out, No accountability, No discipline, No Empathy, Rules are enforced based on the Supervisor's mood meaning that some employees are constantly being watched for mistakes meanwhile other employees are free to openly harass and demean others with no repercussions. The working environment here is TOXIC and that is putting it lightly.
