Poor, chaotic management. Obtuse goals and bonuses. Management seems to sabotage customer service quality and is upset when goals or customer satisfaction is lacking. Poor pay when compared to the same positions at Apple.

Upper management was terrible (not the store manger). When they decided to close our store they didn’t even tell our store manger until one week before... !! They also paid me $11.00 an hour! That is absolutely nothing in Seattle, WA. I don’t think they really care for the employees at all. There is an impossible commission you can reach if you sell a lot but it was hard to reach it and not much money. Also you sometimes have to deal with awful customers who are very frustrated over there computer troubles. This one guy came up to me to help him with his computer, he got very rude when I tried referring him to the help desk and lied to my manger saying I wasted his time so he could get free service I think. I never had customers as rude as that in any other store I worked in.
