Great company to work for. Pay is a struggle.

Pros

I love the people I work with and it is a great environment where we actually help customers more than just try and sell them new things. It's our job to make sure the customers are 100% taken care of.

Cons

Pay for sales is only $7.25 plus commission. And you really have to work hard to get a decent paycheck. On a busy Christmas month I made an extra 1000 which isn't the best.

-Apple Products -Discounts on non Apple product

Cons

-Pay well below industry median (bait and switch). Not commensurate with experience as indicated on job posting. -No autonomy with staffing or store hours management. -No autonomy with personal schedule -Feedback to management is met with resistance and reluctance to support -Constant unnecessary travel - -Constant unnecessary email cheerleading and conference call -Lack of product launch inventory

Pros

I feel very knowledgable about the products from working here.

Cons

I was hired on and told I would make 8hr and commission, I was lied too. The management is awful, the employees gossip about each other, and the training doesn't cover how too deal with angry customers..and working at a store that, not only sells computers, but fixes people's phones, you get a lot of angry customers.
