Pros

1. Competitive and set pay. 2. You can become Apple Certified at no charge to you. 3. Plenty of opportunities for growth (**as long as you're good at selling**). 4. Working on Apple Products. 5. You charge for your time for any services you do for clients (you get paid for your time). 6. IT support is fast to respond to internet outages (even in tough situations). 7. The network in the company is wide and easily accessible to get to know the company. 8. Throughout my experience working here, I made friends and called the company my family because of how well connected everyone was together. 9. Easily accessible courses and contests are available to you to win free accessories, gift cards, and other prizes*. 10. The company shirts are the most comftorable pieces of clothing that I have ever worn. 11. You get discounts on third party accessories, apple products, and more. 12. You have 24/7 online chat support for service, sales, and operations.

Cons

1. No bonuses or extra commission pay as of late 2021. 2. Inconsistency (in some locations) in following CDC guidelines to fight against the spread of germs and diseases. 3. Getting masks for the store, in general, takes too long so employees are forced to purchase and bring their own masks. 4. You get penalized for trying to assist fellow team members who're struggling. 5. You aren't allowed to work overtime. 6. You get penalized for needing more time in the back to complete tasks. 7. You get penalized for shrink on service parts even though you're not a part of the service department. 8. I was asked and forced to train employees for promotions that I was rejected for. 9. When making budget cuts which ended with us having fewer staff members, we were expected to make double than what we were expected to originally. 10. For PTO requests, you're never guaranteed those days off even if they're approved for (regardless of the situation or how long in advance the request was for). 11. When the Operations Manager role was first introduced, there was an overflow of responsibilities. Since then, the responsibilties have been spread out. 12. There was no in-person or hands-on training for the role. There was no set guide for the position either. 13. If you're an Operations Manager and there is no Store Manager (they were fired, quit, let go of, etc.) you get NO compensation for the extra workloads or extra responsibilities for the role. 14. The training for Operations Manager is self-paced. You don't get hands-on training and you don't get to shadow anyone. You do have 24/7 support from Operations Coordinators via online chat if you run into any issues.

Pros

Friendly employees. Great way to learn some repair and technical skills.

Cons

Management (above store manager) is all over the place with requirements. Slow wage increases.
