We are 148 people strong and counting! Springbig has mechanisms in place to combat workplace politics. For instance, managers review staff during their 30-60-90 day points and also perform annual performance reviews. Additionally, job descriptions exist for every position and we ensure that we hire people with relevant experience. Springbig has a 90 day “You fit/ We fit” period where we assess performance so that if an employee is underperforming they are given opportunities to improve. Employees are given opportunities to be promoted from within, provided they meet the qualifications of the role per the job description. We have low turnover and have had many employees come through the ranks. Most impressively, the company has tripled in size in 15 months! We thank you again for taking the time to review us.
