Pros

My area leaders genuinely care about people and their work experience. The mission is admirable. I have learned a lot about restaurant operations and people management.

Cons

The company is focused on expansion which leaves little room for anything else. Upper management still seems to believe we are a tech startup, and seemingly operates by the "move fast and break things" philosophy. That simply doesn't work when you have over 200 units and are expanding. Company wide initiatives are often rolled out with little to no notice, making it difficult for operators to do their job well. It is hard to explain the why behind company decisions to team members when the decisions are not explained or well thought out.
