Good pay, good benefits, friendly employees, not a very dirty warehouse to work in
Cons
Despite being a large scale logistics company, their poorly trained management is buckling under pressure to find or customer's inventory reliably. Their processes and methods to provide the right part to the right place at the right time in the right quantity in the right condition at the right cost are not taken seriously by management, as a result we are losing our relationship with the customer and we will likely be out of work when Syncreon loses the next bid to a more dependable logistics company.
