Pros
Good vacation/paid time off plan, especially for newer employees. Decent medical/dental; not great but decent. Front line workers generally band together and relate to one another easily because they all share the commonality of gloom and doom.
Cons
This company defines the word dysfunction and epitomizes all that can be problematic with a company. There is so much wrong with this company, one doesn't know where to start (I'm serious, use your imagination). Management is so inept and ignorant of actual business operations, it is hard to believe. There is absolutely no communication internally either.There isn't even any decent drinking water at the facilities. Run away as fast as you can. All you will encounter is frustration and despair.
