Pros

My role there are constant challenges and not every day is the same. Chances to move up are fair to good. Wages are not bad for warehouse operatives after trial period.

Cons

You won’t move up unless your a ‘yes man’ or your face don’t fit with senior management. (Although seems to be changing slowly). Some staff pay employees with high responsibility are not paid as well as they should be. High employee turnaround
