The employees/coworkers are all really nice and helpful.

Cons

Leadership drives home the company values in every meeting, painstakingly tying values to actions and decisions, but when the rubber hits the road, they absolutely do not care about their employees at all. It's all sunshine and flowers at first. Do not be deceived.
