Pros

The pay and benefits are okay. The people here also great to work with.

Cons

The main problem about my job here is that the tasks are too repetitive. I never felt fulfilled with my everyday workload because of how mundane and boring they are. You won't learn much from your job because of this, and the only way to grow is through the projects with your team. Otherwise, just accept that it's mostly a decent-paying but extremely boring job.

We're mostly traveling and that can be an exciting part at the beginning. But it wears off after some time.

Cons

Our schedules are always full and even when we were supposed to have a flexible schedule, we can't have that in reality. That only meant that we need to work when we're needed even on weekends.

We regret that you didn’t have a good experience at TalentReef. In the few positions that involve regular travel, it is exciting to attend and work conferences while meeting with customers. Our team works hard to serve our customers and do tend to have a busy schedule during working hours, Monday - Friday. Customer Service Reps do have some weekend shifts; however, travel is rare in that position. Our hybrid scheduling allows you to work at home and/or in the office. We offer flexible time off so you can recharge and enjoy. We wish you luck with your future endeavors.

It's hard to think of something good in here because everything in it seems so ridiculous.

Cons

We're always overwhelmed with so much work and deadline. We had to meet and work with toxic people daily and it's definitely not good thing.
