Pros

Company culture is amazing. I felt like all my coworkers were my friends and we all supported each other when needed. Leadership encourages career growth. Benefits are pretty good. Company events were fun. PTO policies were flexible and managers were always understanding.

Cons

The platform itself has a lot of issues so it was often difficult to support the product. This also led to me feeling the strain of client relationships almost daily. Inter-departmental communication was lacking which would lead to a lot of disconnect between Sales, Operations, and Technology. Base salaries and pay ranges were below industry standard, especially for a tech company in Denver. New products would often be launched with bugs or scalability issues which would then lead to client dissatisfaction.

Great place for beginners, not so great for experienced folks.

Pros

Great place for entry level talent with no experience. Try your best to not go for a customer support role and go for implementation, sales development rep, or other entry level roles.

Cons

Not a great place for people with experience. Low pay, lousy internal process, and lot of "major growth happening" people keep waiting for. High turnover for a reason.

• Good opportunity in HR Tech. Thorough selling skills training and tech certifications are provided. • Wonderful team culture. Interesting people to work with. The company makes sure that employees are engaged – and we are! This is why there’s always a high level of excitement and enthusiasm in the air. There’s something to look forward to each day because every day is different. • My boss gives me the space to do my work independently. And it is this lack of restrictions that enables me to contribute significantly to the company’s growth. • Fair salary plus bonuses and perks like: 401K, Healthcare, Recognition, and Pet Insurance. • Awesome work/life balance.

Cons

- It’s a multi-layered organization so it could take awhile before one gets promoted. - You can’t really escape pressure, especially when you’re in Sales. You must be resilient.
