Pros

I started at Jobapp right out of college for my first job. John Raeder the CEO, was very welcoming and told me that I would see great opportunity and growth for myself. I started in the Customer Service Department and within a short 9 months with the company I was promoted! Everyone in the company works very hard and every promotion granted is well deserved! Starting with the company, I never would have thought I would have made such great friends! Each employee will go above and beyond to help you with any task needing to be completed. John Raeder takes the time to speak with each employee and is highly involved with daily routines in the office. I am personally excited to see my growth and success at Jobapp Plus!!

Cons

Running out of desk space because our company is growing so fast!

Pros

The company culture is amazing, and everyone here is great to work with. Everyone works really hard here and is extremely helpful to one another. Each employee wants one another to succeed, so we are always helping and pushing one another to be better. The compensation at JobApp is very competitive! There is also a very strong executive involvement at the office. I think it is extremely rare to have a company where you have contact with the CEO directly. John Raeder is directly involved in the company and cares about each one of his employees. It encourages everyone to work that much harder. He is very passionate about the company and his wise words are extreme motivation for all of us employees.

Cons

You meet so many great people based in other states, and you see them so minimally.

Pros

They give you a bright and shinny title to put on your linkedin profile, and that is the only Pro I had about JobApp.

Cons

Leadership is very hands on, I have seen many of my coworkers get let go due to unrealistic expectations. Company values are very low. If you have a meeting with the CEO he will let you know how successful he has been in the past and how you are lucky to even be in his presence.
