- best work life balance for a tech company - best remote working policy and flexibility for hospital for doctors appointments - There is a salary range. Tech Salaries are market competitive with even Microsoft and other big tech companies - Empowers engineers to lead projects . Product division was let go since engineering wasn’t productive in planning with scrum approach . With shape up approach , now we’re delivering more and working more directly with marketing and sales. Things are improving.

Management is transparent and open if you talk to them but you need to ask. However, They make a lot of changes since we move quickly.
