Pros
Benefits were great. Some of the people were really great too. The company definitely makes it out to be this amazing experience, but in reality it's not much different from any other office job.
Cons
Company can't think strategically. They laid off a bunch of people because business slowed down. Then when it picked up quick and had to hire a bunch more people. CV19 hit and sales went through the roof. The company thought it was 'the new norm' and were they wrong - set unrealistic expectations. Huge culture shift made people only look out for themselves and the team dynamic was gone. It got to the point where is wasn't fun to say I work for LEGO anymore, so I started looking at other places.
