      Great work environment, Great people, Good first retail job to have. Good starter pay. Overall great experience to have.

      Pros

      Amazing work culture and management teams. If you have a store with a team and manager you like it honestly couldn't get any better for a retail job. Lots of fun perks like building on the job when new merch drops and free sets for the holidays and employee appreciation.

      Cons

      Its still retail. You have to talk to a lot people (and approach them first) so if it isn't in your comfort zone I don't recommend this job. If you're a manager you'll have to handle customers who think spending lots of money puts them above policy. Depending on location there may not be much opportunity for growth without relocation. Management tends to stay with company.
