Pros

Overall pretty easy work. Since there is no real structure, you can teach the kids whatever you enjoy doing/teaching as long as they are interested and the parents are okay with the content

Cons

Kids have very different interests. Sometimes you are pressured to teach something you don't particularly enjoy
