Solid pay, lenient manager, fun to work with the students. You grow a lot as a developer by working with the students!

Cons

Continuous work no breaks(you likely won't do more than 4 hours in one sitting though).

Great place to work when in college. Hours are what fits your schedule. Staff and fellow employees are fun to work with and easy to get along with.

Cons

No cons from my experience at The Coder School. Certain students can be difficult to work with but that is situational.
