The work schedule is incredibly flexible, which is perfect for students or part-timers. It is a very hands-on role, and it is genuinely fulfilling to mentor and work with the youth every day.

Cons

Sometimes the classroom can get a little bit loud or chaotic during the busy hours. The pay is decent, but there isn't always a lot of room for rapid salary growth.
