Flexible scheduling makes it easy to balance work and school or other commitments. Management is genuinely supportive and communicative. Great opportunity to gain experience teaching coding concepts to kids and teens. Coworkers are friendly, collaborative, and make the work environment enjoyable. Freedom to adapt lessons to students' learning styles instead of following a rigid curriculum. Perfect first job for anyone interested in tech education or mentoring. Management trusts instructors and gives autonomy in teaching methods. Positive, encouraging atmosphere focused on student growth rather than corporate metrics.
