Great place to work when in college. Hours are what fits your schedule. Staff and fellow employees are fun to work with and easy to get along with.

Cons

No cons from my experience at The Coder School. Certain students can be difficult to work with but that is situational.

Evening and weekend hours. (4-8 pm M-Th and 9-3 Sat) Great work environment.

Cons

Per hour pay is capped at $18 Some students are very unfocused on frustrating to work with. Some parents expect way too much and take it out on you.
