-Very kind owners. -Very friendly work environment with a lot of freedom in how you choose to work with the kids. -Very fulfilling if you enjoy teaching. -Flexible schedule.

Cons

Not that many hours to work. Average work week for me has been around 3-6 hours a week.

- Some students can be difficult to work with in either behavior or learning ability, but they will improve your patience, tolerance, communication, and planning skills (Especially good for IT help desk/tech support roles) - Decent pay for the service you provide - Part-time job if you wish to earn experience in other areas as well

Cons

- Some students are difficult to work with - There is not hot water, which makes washing hands an unpleasant experience - Not a 40 hr./week job, which is unsuitable if you are seeking a livable income
