- Flexible Schedule - Great environment to work at - Work with kids on coding projects, which also give you experiences with those projects.

Cons

- Schedule not consistent and change on a weekly basis - No training was given

Pros

The work schedule is flexible and reasonable. The manager was kind and understanding. Most students are below the age of 13 years old so I led more creative projects for them, which is fun and accomplishing.

Cons

Needs a lot of patience because some students are below the age of 6 years old, sometimes require good communication skills with younger students.
