Pros

Flexible hours and a lot of room for creativity. You may be surprised how much you will learn and develop yourself by teaching others. Summer camps can be a great way to make some money as well.

Cons

Low pay for someone who just graduated but you can't ask for a lot these days. Requires slight enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things and take new challenges (which can be a pro).
