You are not just coaching, you will end up finding yourself doing a bit of "babysitting" in the sense that you will have to be the one keeping the kids in their seats and paying attention.

All the people, from the owners of the franchise, to the owners of the corporation and all of my colleagues, everyone cares and wants to have an enjoyable time while being a force for good.

Cons
