Pros

There was always consistent work with this company. The pay was decent but considering the amount of work and attention to detail that was required the pay should have been significantly higher. It was, prior to Thyssenkrupp taking the contract to take over the majority of the operations of the quality department.

Cons

As a person of color, knowing that this company was founded by a former member of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (cough, cough) never sat well with me, but what was even worse was the company culture. Every corporation loves to boast about diversity but the way coworkers acted and treated me and the company culture left me always feeling as if I didn’t belong.

Pros

The money is good, they don’t do cost of living raises but you can’t start off making good money without a college degree

Cons

The work life balance in my position isn’t always the best, the managers also aren’t always the best depending on your area. Some HR reps are also not the greatest
