Poor management

Pros

Nice office interior. Many teams are present, so one can move between teams if needed. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

Low salary. At around 2020, the company announced that there will be no salary raise, bonus, cafeteria company wise, despite the fact that they were recruiting with these promises. People quit frequently. I heard a complete team quitting all the same time. When I left half of my team left the same time. Good ppl go, bad ppl stay, they have this contraselection method for a long time now, resulting in many incompetent people, and more and more narcisistic manipulators in teams. In my team, there was 1 promotion opportunity, and the guy who brought the meal to the boss got promoted. They have some weird technological locks (e.g.: VueJS).

Could have been good

Pros

Training, office, free coffee, home office

Cons

Low salary, work consists of minor fixes, too many types of work for one role, they rather want you to learn company-related stuff instead of real professional advancement
